Class Cancellation Policies

Due to the expense involved with scheduling these classes and the travel arrangements required by our instructors, it is necessary to implement a cancellation policy.

On location: Schaper’s Flood House offers a full refund, minus a $250 processing fee, for cancellations made 30 or more days before the class start date. For cancellations made 20–29 days before the class, a $500 cancellation fee applies. If you cancel 14–19 days before the class, a $750 cancellation fee will be charged. Within 14 days, refunds are not available; however, you may transfer your seat to another individual within your organization. A $250 rescheduling fee applies if you choose to move your registration to a future date. Please note that no refunds or transfers are permitted within 14 days of the class or in case of a no-show.

If Schaper’s needs to reschedule a class, all reservations will be transferred to the new date at no charge.

If, for any reason, the class needs to be cancelled by Schaper’s, then every customer is entitled to a full refund.
