Class Cancellation Policies

Due to the expense involved with scheduling these classes and the travel arrangements required by our instructors, it is necessary to implement a cancellation policy.

On location: Schaper’s will honor any cancellations and provide a full refund, less a $100.00 processing fee, to our customers that elect to cancel 14 days or more in advance of the class. Within 14 days, if you are unable to attend the class you may choose to transfer your seat to someone else’s name within your organization; however, a refund is not possible. If you need to re-schedule, a fee of $200.00 will be added. In the event of a no-show for class, there will be no refund or transfer permitted.

If Schaper’s needs to reschedule a class, all reservations will be transferred to the new date at no charge.

If, for any reason, the class needs to be cancelled by Schaper’s, then every customer is entitled to a full refund.
