Christopher Martlew brings a diverse and well-rounded background to the restoration industry, with experience spanning nearly every level of the business. Throughout his career, Chris has worked as a certified technician in the field, an insurance adjuster, corporate trainer, and multi-market General Manager. This unique combination of hands-on, technical, insurance, training, and management experience gives him a broad understanding of both the practical and business sides of the restoration industry.

In addition to being an IICRC-certified Instructor, Chris holds the distinguished certifications of Master Water Restorer and Master Textile Cleaner. His extensive real-world experience allows him to bring more than textbook knowledge to the classroom, providing students with practical insight and a deeper understanding of how industry standards apply to the challenges they encounter every day.
